What is Flamenco Body Form?
Flamenco Body Form is a discipline with the objective of improving our physical condition, listening to flamenco music, turning dance steps into exercises, this way we achieve two objectives:
* Improve our physical condition.
* Learn basic flamenco dance steps (and more than basic) without your noticing.
We have the experience of the great teacher and dancer Domingo Ortega, Bodybuilding, Fitness and Fitness Monitor since 2007, title awarded by the Spanish Weightlifting Federation and on his behalf the National School of Bodybuilding, Bodybuilding and Fitness Trainers.
